Carefully designed to meet all your needs, Villa Eleonora Italia is a luxurious, flexible villa to explore, enjoy and retreat to. The former winery was built in 1925 and served as a winery for almost a 100 years. It was thoroughly renovated in 2024/25 and ready for its new purpose. Welcome to your Italian home away from home.

The house has an area of 360 square metres, which is spread over 4 floors. The favourable layout therefore makes the house suitable for both maximum and minimum occupancy.
In the former wine cellars, a bedroom, dining room and a modern kitchen has been created which, thanks to its large windows and French doors, offers fantastic views over the Mornico vineyards. The kitchen offers everything you need to feel at home. 2 fridges, kitchen appliances, oven and plenty of crockery. In this kitchen located directly on the terrace. Here memories will be made for a lifetime.

Villa Eleonora has five elegantly furnished double rooms, each with a unique atmosphere, but all with unrivalled 5* comfort. To further enhance your relaxing experience at Villa Eleonora Italia, each bedroom has a generous two-by-two-meter high-quality bed and bedding. The bedrooms at Villa Eleonora Italia are bathed in natural light and decorated in soft tones that create a peaceful, calming atmosphere.

Villa Eleonora is built on a hill. To make the most of the outdoor environment, views and space, several terraces have been constructed. The house has no less than 4 unique terraces, each with its own character. Next to the kitchen, the largest terrace is equipped with a spacious garden set that gives you the feeling of a luxury hotel.
And there is the recently built swimming pool that you can reach by stairs from the large terrace.
