  • Our price is what you pay, very transparant, it includes taxes & gas, electra & cleaning
  • Bedlinnen and towels ( shower and pool)  included.
  • bedlinnen is changed once a week
  • Towels are changed on request
  • Security deposit is € 1.000,- to be paid before arrival as specified in the booking conformation
  • Depostit 30% upon booking.
  • Balance 30 days before arrival
  • Welcome pack included with some basic supplies, and a chilled bottle of local wine.
  • You can use of the fully equipped laundry room

Arrival & Departure

During the low season -October to April- we require a minimum stay of 4 nights with flexible arrivals & departures.


During our high season -May to september/Christmas periode-we require a minimum stay of 7 nights.
